Looks great, works great

This refrigerator is the first Frigidaire appliance in my home. My dad still has a Frigidaire oven that came with the house he bought in 1966 that still works perfectly. We love the appearance, and the room inside this refrigerator is perfect for our family. Everything is as advertised. Next I'm going to buy a Frigidaire dishwasher to match.

Very disappointed

Looks good on the outside but.............This is the Gallery series refrigerator. Very noisy. Moans and groans and makes loud popping sounds all hours of the day and night making a whirring, grinding sound. I have read the response to reviews from the company about how this is supposed to be normal, but if that is the case, then this is not a good example of a "top-of-the-line" refrigerator. At times, water drips down the back, on the inside of the freezer and, when it hits the bottom, it sounds like it is falling on something electrical and makes a loud sizzling, popping sound. You can see this through a little grill in the inside back of the freezer when you take out the bottom drawer. The refrigerator door makes a popping, grinding sound when opened. The ice machine is the worst part of this refrigerator. It is very noisy and often jams up when dispensing ice. The ice cubes freeze together in twos, threes, and sometimes even four pieces of ice. Sometimes the ice come out correctly, and sometimes it gushes out and spits ice everywhere. I don't understand, when testing this ice maker, why the engineers did not notice this. I see from other responses it is a common problem. Again, I saw the response from the company about not using ice enough, but that isn't the case with us. My wife and I constantly use ice all day as we are retired, are at home all day, and drink LOTS of ice water. We have another side-by-side refrigerator(different company) in the garage that we used for years without any of these problems, and it was not "top-of-the-line". It still works perfectly, barely makes a sound when running, and we never had a problem with the ice being dispensed. I'm sure nothing will be done about this, but I needed to say it. I wish we had our money back. I would sure do a lot more research on Frigidaire products before purchasing one. We have the Gallery double wall ovens too, and they had to be worked on five times before they would finally cook food properly. I think we deserve a replacement to see if this is just our refrigerator of if they all are like this. I see some good reviews, so that is encouraging.

My new Frigidaire

My old fridge was beginning to show signs of age when it wouldn't keep the freezer side cold enough to keep things frozen. Our new fridge is very similar to the old one, which was also a Frigidaire. We fell in love with the internal lighting system and the overall look of this model on the showroom floor. The price was right, so we purchased it. Everything works great, thanks Frigidaire!

Works quite well. Is easy to clean except for handles that show scratches. Ice maker is noisy. Once the freezer filled up with ice crystals for one day. Never figured that one out. All in all it works quite well and is easy to clean. I would would recommend it.

Bought this new fridge to replace an older version of the same brand and size. Love the new one! Can be a bit noisy - Ice Maker! But overall, really like this refrigerator.

I purchased this refrigerator a couple months ago. I love the smudge free surface and the touch sensing ice/water dispensing. The lighting is bright, the shelving is great. I love the storage in the doors. My only complaint is the odd noises it makes while making ice and occasionally the ice dispenser plugs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The frig came with the new build house. The drawer has a horrible squeak and the compressor had to be replaced
