Sleek design, overly powerful ice maker

The fridge looks nice and does its job. However, I have a HUGE problem with the ice maker. It is overly powerful and sends ice literally flying out of the fridge. Had a serviceman come out to look at it and he said unfortunately, this is the way it was designed to work. People complained that ice didn't come out fast enough so they sped it up. I end up with ice all over my floor every single time it dispenses. It also sends it out chunks (like 3 cubes stuck together) and it clogs the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I replaced an old refrig and I am very happy with this one. The outside is easy to clean and it seems there is more room in the refrigerator.

I are happy with this new Frigidaire other than the ice dispenser...seems to not want to come out perfect and sometimes when one cubes it comes out in some small pieces.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased about two months ago. Very glad this was the one we settled on. Very nice appearance. The no-smudge stainless steel is great. Quietly makes ice. Good temperature control. One small problem with a tight drawer/bin scraping but problem resolved quickly. Great experience with customer service.
