I bought this because my old refrigerator freezer part, was not working. It worked when it wanted to. The icemaker is awesome and love the led lights!

Great looks and features. Did not keep temperature properly, maybe the door was open too long?. Had the computer board replaced. Now the water doesn't flow. Make sure you have extended service plan. All my other appliances are Frigidaire. Was told by seller a year later this model has had problems. Being replaced under our extended warranty, but not same brand or style, better not to have water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It looks so technical I was afraid I'd never figure it out. However, I couldn't believe how simple everything was. The design and construction are both perfect and exceeds what I expected!!

Pros: I liked the fact that the interior of the fridge was well lit with LED lights and appeared to have a lot of surface area for food storage.
Cons: My wife was really interested in the smudge proof finish, but quickly realized that the kids could still leave hand prints on the doors. I can live with this but it drives my wife crazy to see hand prints on the fridge. When we began loading up the fridge with food we were very disappointed that the egg storage could only hold a dozen eggs instead of 18 eggs which we were used to with our other fridge. Given that this is a large fridge designed for a most likely a family you would think the egg compartment would be slightly bigger.
The biggest problem with the fridge is the ice dispenser which gets jammed probably 50% of the time. The tapered whole where the ice is dropped is too small and causes ice to jam. The worst experience is when you are finished getting ice in your cup and do not realize that there is still ice jammed in the dispenser and then switch to getting water. If you do that then get ready for a mess because the water will begin shooting out and will not stop after you pull your cup away because the ice that is jammed in the dispenser will not allow the lever to return to the stop position to prevent the water from coming out. I was so angry when this happened. I had to quickly try to pull the ice out of the dispenser with my fingers while I got soaked with water running down my arm and onto the floor. I know if this happens to my 6yr and 8yr old they will not know what to do and it will be a far worse mess.
The other problem is the speed at which the ice maker makes ice. It is slower than any other ice maker I've had and it is barely enough for a family of 5.
Pros: It was very well lit with nice LED lights.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My old refrigerator died. This Frigidaire was exactly what we needed. A smudge proof stainless steel unit with icemaker. The price was very reasonable.
