Great Television

This is the first television I have seen that the picture quality is so true to real life images. Yes it is 3D, but it is fantastic viewing, with or without 3D glasses. The quality is top notch.

This product does not allow you to change channel on the tv set. If you misplace the remote control you can only turn the set on from the tv. That should be standard for all TV's.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: no channel buttons on tv

BEST BASIC LED TV FOR THE MONEY

I bought this TV six months ago after careful inspection of many models and brands. Since I already own a SMART blu-ray player, I did not need any smart features. The sharpness and the color on this TV are spectacular. I like "Picture" setting to "Natural" and "Auto Motion Plus" set to "Clear." The remote is impressive with glow-in-the-dark buttons and an illumination feature which lights the buttons.
I use this TV primarily to watch dvd and blu-ray movies. Well, it rivals the competition with a most beautiful picture. You cannot find a better 40" television. It has 3D features which I have not experienced yet. But when I do, I'm certain to be amazed!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: cabinet could be sturdier

Only drawback is ,it is not a smart TV.

Never knew how much satisfaction we'd get out of switching to an LED Television. Outstanding product and we highly recommend products in the Samsung family. We couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability!

Good TV for the money

This was an inexpensive TV I purchased for the bedroom. It doesn't have the bells and whistles but the picture is very clear. I did have a problem early on when the main board went out, but Samsung came out to my home immediately while it was still under warranty. Works fine now. Good TV if you don't want to spend a lot of money.
