It was good to have this product delivered promptly to my home.However this product can also be purchased easily at a nearby store which I probably would have done had I been completely out of ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All I can say at this point in time is that the items I ordered arrived as soon as I was told they would & they were packed real well. I have not had the need to use the products yet, but if they are the same as all the other HP Printer Ink that I have purchased in the past, I feel that it was a good purchase as far as price goes. I plan to continue HP Product purchases online the same way I purchased the ink.
I was really impressed with the friendlyness, helpfulness, & the obvious knowlege from the person who I was able to converse with when making my purchase.
I prefer to make purchases online as opposed to going to a store, since walking alot is a problem for me.......(As long as the prices are right)...
I would recommend this to a friend!

most always, Scans, and prints like a champ, and does not eat ink like a pig.. the convenience of getting ink thru the mail is great..
