When my CD Recorder broke due to a moderate power surge - The Output Jacks stopped working and so the player still played but did not accept sound when recording. Tried numerous pieces of equipment but still could not accept sound on the output jack.
Anyhow called the Squad and they set up an appointment and said they could fix it. I arrive there and they tell me there is not much they could do but may be able to do something like send it out - then the manager of teh department turned me away. He was polite but unhelpful and said though they may know how to fix it the only do so for newly bought equipment. I am VERY ANGRY. I asked to see his boss and he refused.
This organization is joke. They likely do not even know how to program a watch. Also when I needed help finding a product some worker was on his cell phone and refused to help me and told me he would be a minute. He was about 20 minutes. I saw him outside talking on his cell at some points. Easy job when you do not have to help a customer and can be on your phone all day.
