got online chat with a remote agent and they kept trying to push a annual subscription down my throat that I didnt want otherwise they wouldnt help or even respond to my questions. After I said I would get the subscription they started responding again but when I asked for it to be a non renewal one they just closed the chat utter garbage of a service and waste of an hour.

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid for the most expensive membership for Best Buy membership including geek squad online support and not only were they completely unhelpful, I spent hours of wasted time calling back several times and waiting on hold for them to fix the issue only for all 4 calls to be disconnected and never get a call back, even though at the beginning of each call they verify your phone number for that reason they say. My PC was also acting extremely funny afterwards and it was not before. I was only trying to get help moving things over to a storage device and a few other small things that I would think any basic tech support person would know. I am honestly worried my information was stolen after how the PC was acting and what I seen as well as how my PC made a funny noise prior t the last call beinh disconnected. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! Absolutely terrible!!!! Best Buy should be ashamed!

Have to wait 10 days for in home service to fix a Samsung Frame TV connection to remote. I am a Total Tech paying customer. This service used to be good but now not worth the money. What has happened to Geek Squad? Extremely frustrating.
