I have used the ROKU 3 for about a month now and It has worked great. Easy to install and use. I especially enjoy the large variety of movie apps available and again the ease of accessing them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clunky, but gets the job done

It is a bit of a pain to search using the remote, it is much better to search online and add channels and shows to Netflicks, etc., using your laptop. The website sucks. That's all you can say about it. Horrible design and searching is a chore (so many good examples out there! Why are they going backwards?). Even though the interface is clunky and poorly thought out it is a solid device that delivers what it is supposed to.

Best Christmas Gift Ever!

Received this as a Christmas gift from my mom (after some subtle-not so subtle hints I wanted it), and it has been in almost constant use since then. The interface is fantastic (better, I'd say, than Apple TV and ones on BluRay players), and I've had very little issues with it.It's very user-friendly, and I believe my Roku and my television are now best friends.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku makes it easier to "cut the cord"

We've been wanting to get rid of our satellite service (perfectly happy with them except we rarely watch TV) so besides getting a digital antenna for local stations, we wanted something to use for streaming. Roku has been pretty good so far. Easy to set up, navigate, add channels too, very little "buffering" time. I'd like to see more useful free channels, but all in all, it's worth it.

Fantastic interface and $$ savings

I bought this a month ago, after extensive research, and it has helped me completely replace my cable subscription. Coupling the Roku 3 with an HD antenna and subscriptions to Netflix and Hulu Plus takes care of all my entertainment needs. The Roku 3 interface is far easier to use than my Smart TV menus and it gives me access to additional channels/apps, such as streaming music, that I did not have before.

Just what I needed!

Had this since Christmas. Very easy and quick to get started. I really enjoy having Tune-In radio on it as well. Can also Miracast pictures and video from phone on the big screen through Roku 3! Awesome!
