Im not an IT guy and wanted it to be simple, due to it was a present and reading reviews , I had my it guy do it for me . . . he was a bit frustrated but with tech support you gave him they got through it

Great Feature

I bought my Roku 3 about 1 month ago. While I like all the features, I am having trouble with keeping the sound from becoming static after plugging in the earphones. I have to continually pair my earphones and/or change the batteries constantly.

Not too difficult to hook up and have access to so many shows and movies. Like the simple remote. Enjoy getting the British series on Netflix on the big screen.

The fact that certain ad cards work and certain cards don't kind of turned me off. No mention of which one works anywhere! Need more free channels. If I wanted to pay for more channels I'd use my cable provider.

I bought this ROKU for my husband he watches a lot of TV. He absolutely loves it. My only complaint is sometimes we have trouble watching movies or shows. Seems they download very slowly or comes up with an error message.

My daughter suggested I purchase a ROKU. I had never heard of ROKU. I am glad I purchased it because I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!!!! I have had NETFLIX for over a year and now I have it and more!!! I cannot say enough about ROKU!!!
