Cut the cable cord

I love having Roku 3. I was tired of the high payments and fees associated with Cable. This is great. I can still watch what I want when I want without the monthly bills. I do not regret making this choice. Only wish I had changed sooner.

Almost ready to cut that cable cord!!!

The Roku 3 is awesome! We are almost ready to cut the cable cord, only waiting for a few more sports options. Easy to maneuver, sooo easy to set up. My only gripe is that you MUST enter credit card info just to set up, even if you don't plan to subscribe to anything. I don't like being forced to give that info out if I'm not purchasing anything.

I have a Sony smart Blueray player, but I get frustrated because it is so slow. The Roku has a much faster processor. Also, I like the idea of being able to add or remove icons. Also, I like that you can plug in headphones to the remote to listen privately. I would give it 5 stars but it lacks a qwerty keyboard. Also, you have to go to the website from a computer to add or remove icons.

Always on and ready to show

Just as the instructions say, my Roku 3 is always on and ready to show my next video choice. I love how the only wires needed are for power and HDMI connection to TV. Wireless streaming is "spot on."

My son got everything attached and set up in just a few minutes. The remote is easy to use and it's easy to navigate the system. Very user friendly.
