Only mirrors does not stream

I bought this back in December. I wish I had gone with Apple TV so I could continue to stream from my iPad to NY tv, instead I have to use the beta mirroring feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

very pleased with this purchase and ease of setup. I normally watched tv about 2 hours a week prior to this purchase. We now view a couple of hours per day.

my third roku. my 2nd roku 3. Ive hade so many problems with the remote that I gave up and down loaded one for my cell phone.
