This is the easiest to use streaming box there is. Not to mention it has the most "channels" of all the boxes on the market. Uses very little electricity, even my kids can use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything works fine except the earplugs. That was one important part of the product that is no working. We tried all the suggested solutions to this problem but it still did not work. We would like someone either ROKU or Amazon to help us with this.

I love this little hockey puck. It's always there; never hangs up, never stops to buffer. It just loads content and plays with the simplest interface.

I liked everything about this device except I couldn't adjust volume, not even with the TV remote. I finally figured out that I had to switch to the TV on the remote, then it would adjust volume. Not I am completely happy with this device.

Not any HDMI cable will work.

You can't use just any HDMI cable. I have 2 HDMI cables I got from my cable company. Roku seems to sense when the TV is off. When I turn it back on, then I get a purple screen saying "Unauthorized Content". I am then forced to plug and unplug the Roku box. It is certainly a hassle and inconvenience.
