Great all around

I've been using the Roku 3 for about a month now. I have been very impressed with the speed and picture quality. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is for not having a browser app. But all in all a great product for the price.

Sometimes you buy your family technology that they go "meh", sometimes you buy technology that everyone wants to use, and the Roku is the one piece of technology that I bought that the whole family wants to use, does use, total honking family win. Thanks Roku! You made something the whole family loves and uses daily.

I got my Roku 3 as a Christmas present and I could not be happier with it. It works like a charm, is fast and hasn't once dropped the (wifi) connection to my modem which is in another room. In short, I would highly recommend it.

Love this product. Makes it easy to stream movies, movies, news, sports, etc from countless places. Much easier to navigate than any smart TV. I wish I had this earlier and will get another one for my other TV.

I said goodbye to cable and hello to Roku

I've had my Roku player for several months and just recently bought a second for use on another TV. I bought these with the intention of cutting my cable service completely. I did so and don't feel like I'm missing anything. The only difference is that now I watch everything on my time, not the network's time.

Perfect Addition to Your TV

I purchased a new HD TV and knew I had to get a Roku to go with it. I love that I can watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go and many other services in one convenient little box. It is so quick when moving from app to app and easy to set up and use. I used my Roku to catch up on Game of Thrones.

For me, Roku is the most significant media innovation since vinyl albums. The device offers incredibly diverse content, flawless operation, simple intuitive interface, and exceptional value. I would have expected such an effective device to be priced far greater than it is. Each version has improved and I especially appreciate the headphone jack incorporated in the Roku 3 remote. The 1080 resolution is superb and I rarely experience (never) signal degradation. It is also remarkable that the receiver occupies such a small footprint and can be placed almost anywhere. The remote fits easily in even small hands and is a pleasure to use compared to most any remote for any device. I hope Roku continues to innovate and make digital content the best I've used.

Good deal for the money

I bought the Roku 3 to help eliminate my satellite dish expenses which keep going up.
With the Roku and an Over the Air HD antenna, I have been able to stop my subscription to the Cable/Satellite monopolies.
