Never has worked right, waste of money

I excitedly purchased the Roku Streaming Stick HDMI with great expectations. The set up was OK, not real easy and took too much time. But what the heck, right? It will be worth the effort. ... The device will not sync the audio with the video! I have been working with the Roku help department for nearly a week. I mean several hours: changing the set up, audio speed, re-doing the the set up process from step one, etc, etc, etc. Nothing works. Now try getting a refund! ... Right! Promises made, but not kept. My smart TV is way better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have another TV streamer. The Roku 3 is far better than the one I have. Very satisfied with its performance. Would recommend it to all, great product.

I bought this a month ago. The only issue I have is local news. I like watching it and I'm still trying to figure out that. Everything else is getting easier to do.
