A friend gifted me Roku for Christmas. I am saving $1000 on cable bills. I have Hulu Plus and Netflix. I watch TED, PBSa nd news via Roku. Neat little device. Worth the investment. I wish they would make it easier to access all the free PBS channels.

Trouble free

I've installed it and used it without any issues. Previously had an Apple TV which was nothing but trouble. I couldn't even keep it on my Wifi. My only wish is for it to "mirror" my Apple devices.

I'm disabled and stay home and watch television for a large portion of my day, everyday. I have been paying for cable all these years so I can watch movies. My son introduced me to his Roku 1. I started my research and the options on the Roku 3 are what I was looking for, I ordered it and I have been on it ever since I love my Roku 3. The headset is one of the best benefits because I do live with other people and I love to watch movies late at night due to my insomnia and I don't disturb anybody, I highly recommend.

I would recommend this player to anyone who is seriously thing of dropping their cable subscriber. I purchased the ROKU 3 and the streaming ROKU for my bedroom. Both display 1080p HD quality video. Goodbye cable!! "Esta La Vista Baby"!!!

I love my Roku! Bought my first one 2 years ago and my second, 1 year ago. Just bought one for my paremts at Christmas! Roku 3 is alot faster than my Roku (HD, it was the one in the blue box).
I would recommend this to a friend!
