we love the roku stick. My understanding is the TV would power the stick thru the USB port. We've never been able to get that to work. As a result it's not totally "wireless" as must use power cord plugged into outlet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the enhanced remote with headphones!!!

This my third Roku 2. I bought this one for the enhanced remote with headphones feature and I do love that feature, but it is so easy to bump a button and wind up in never-never land --- then having to work your way back. You might want to think about recessed or flush mounted buttons. Thank you.

Works well

Generally works well, but sometime the remote control stops working and I've to reboot Roku to work around the issue.
Other downside is that its Andriod app doesn't let you stream videos from your phone (it just support pics & music).
Ideally, it should support mirroring of display from phone/tablets to TV
