Am enjoying the free channels but wish I could get local programming for my area. Would also like to get more whole programs from the networks instead of little snippets.

We have had this for a few weeks and it has much to offer. We wanted it mainly for the JW.ORG broadcasts, but soon found out that there is so much more.

The hdmi tab is loose and will not connect tighty in the slot. it keeps skipping when we watch a show.

Great product. I had some problems with install, but customer service was great and after some troubleshooting determined it was due to my WIFI connection. After a call to my provider, I was up and running and have had absolutely no problem and I am far from a tech wizard. Streaming is quick and easy and content is great. I have since cancelled all premium channels with my cable provider because the content is so much better with the ROKU and for a lot less money.

First, I love my Roku. As a person who only streams TV, the Roku is a convenient device for a good price. I've had the device for about 6 months and had issues twice. Luckily, customer service is fantastic and was able to walk me through the fix.
