Best Christmas Gift of 2014!!!!

My wife bought this for me to use on my flat screen in the garage. Having a woodshop in the garage, I am often out there working on projects and the Roku allows me to watch Netflix in the garage without any issues. It works great, streams fast and is perfect for my needs! I didn't really know if I was going to like it, but it was easy to set up and is simply great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally, something that works the first time!

I've tried several streaming devices over the past few years and I can safely say that this is the best of its type. It's super easy to set up and worked the first time. I'm pretty tech savvy and I've really struggled with some of the DVD/streaming players on the market. Thankfully, Roku is a snap! Just plug it in, enter the WiFi password and you're ready to rock.
The content options are also really exhaustive and the picture quality was excellent for all the shows we streamed.
Highly recommended.

The Roku stick is very easy to set up and I like that it's very discreet. The remote is very sensitive, but all in all this is a good product.

Easy Navigation, Annoying to flip between channels

Overall I have been very satisfied with the Roku 3 - I'm sure everyone else who has given 4 & 5 stars will extoll the benefits of this device, so I'll just mention my main annoyance: you cannot have a programs streaming and open a menu to browse at the same time (like we all did with cable).
This isn't a major problem, rather a feature I have become accustomed to with previous providers. If Roku had a similar feature, I would be totally satisfied.

Convenient, Easy to Use, Fab TV Choices

I love the Roku stick. I brought it home, plugged it in and it has opened a whole new door to shows that I had only heard about but wanted to watch. It's very easy to use. Just plug it in to the HDMI slot in the back of your TV. It found my wifi connection and that was that. It's small, convenient , economical and it works. Great product.

Fustrated but patient.

after I set the unit up it worked great for the first few choices, ever since the first few the unit freezes up and will NOT allow me to navigate. I have to turn the unit off and start over to watch more than one program in a setting. I changed the batteries with NO success.

The ROKU is not good. It overheats & malfunctions.
