I'm so happy we purchased this Item. Roku is user friendly and packed with options and channells. Easy set up and easy to work. I've already showed my brother and several other friends who also have purchased the Roku. we all love it...

I purchased my roku about a month ago and love it. Easy to setup and easy to use. I able to watch all the movies and shows i missed. I couldn't have made a better choice.

We Love it. My wife is British and loves the programming. When my cable subscription is up it we are getting rid of it. I can pull16 local channels in HD using an antenna I have in the attic so I will no longer need high priced cable bills or spend hours on the phone trying to get a reduced rate equal to what my neighbor is paying for the SAME SERVICE. She loves the plug in head sets.

Great device, able to stream all of my online content (e.g., Amazon Prime Instant Video, Netflix) as well as my locally stored content (via the PLEX application).
It would be nice if the universal search also searched PLEX media.

We bought this Roku on recommendation of our son because we were just fed up with the cable company and we are so happy we did, we just love it! I can't believe why anyone would want to have cable when this is so user friendly and inexpensive. I highly recommend it!

Great device, with one small but important issue.

We are very happy overall with virtually everything about the Roku3 that we recently bought. The range of content offerings is awesome, and the speed and responsiveness is very impressive. The interface is smooth and intuitive. The remote is great, and the addition of the headphone jack on the remote is a really cool feature.
We are however, having one small but troublesome issue. At least once a day, sometimes more often, we have to unplug the power and HDMI cables and re-plug them in because the box loses the ability to display video. Sound comes through fine, but an error screen is displayed in place of video. Disconnecting and reconnecting the device always fixes it, and in our case it's not overly difficult to do, but I'd really like to see the issue fixed. I've done some research online and this seems to be a widespread issue, but no one has found a permanent solution.
Even so, I'd still recommend the Roku3, as long as the buyer knows they may have this extra maintenance to do.
