Purchased this a couple months ago to be able to access JW.org.TV it is very easy to use. The only concern I have is that there is NO power off for this device.

I've had the Roku for a couple months now and I love it! It's so easy to watch all my favorite shows on the TV instead of the computer and it works great, I haven't had any issues with it. Very easy to install and easy to use.

Beats my old Toshiba box

I bought this to replace a Toshiba set top box when the Toshiba simply could not stream a program I wanted to watch on HULU. After going to tech support on HULU (they were good by the way) we finally decided it was the Toshiba. The difference was remarkable. Set up was easy. (Although I had to keep going between computer and box) Great product!

Talk about excellent in every way......I am so happy that I ended a looong and unhappy relationship with Dish. Roku is AMAZING and now I can watch what I want "when I want". I've even gone to OTA channels for my local weather and networks. The amount of money I am saving is at least 100.00 per month. Go ahead, make the change and start saving money. You will be very happy you did! Enjoy : )

Great features, remote problematic

This product is easy to set-up and use. It's very intuitive... works exactly as you would expect right out of the box without a lot of steps during set-up. The unit itself is small and easy to hide (although you may not want to because it's beautiful). The only negative is the remote. It ceases to work after a period of inactivity. The fix is easy though (remove batteries from remote and unplug Roku; plug-in Roku and re-insert batteries). Consumers expect that the remote would work like all their other remotes.
