We winter in the south and our cable service is not as comprehensive as it is at home. The ROKU device has opened up worlds of programs that we would not have known were available to us....even on our great cable service in Pennsylvania. We ❤️our ROKU!

Smart and easy

Easy to set up and use. Using for Netflix, it remembers what I last watched and automatically loads next episode in the series.

I bought to replace another product I was using. The Roku is hand down a better machine. It is so much faster and offers a lot more than my previous one. I highly recommend the Roku.

Worth the upgrade from Roku 2

We have both a Roku 3 and a Roku 2 and although I love both of them as far as programming, the 3 is definitely more responsive and quicker to load show libraries

I bought my Roku 3 about a month and a half ago. I have a "smart" blu-ray player and tried for about a month to get it to stream NetFlix. After many hours with tech support of both NetFlix and the player, innumerable resets, reinstalls of software, etc. I still couldn't get more than a few minutes of programming without having to reset my system, often without positive results. I happened upon a reviewer's comments that said most "smart" systems are cheap and not up to the task and to stream properly get a dedicated streaming device. Enter Roku (Consumer Reports top rated system). My Roku 3 has functioned flawlessly from day one. I love it. The only thing on my wishlist would be if Roku could somehow include a web browser function. I do not consider this a drawback in any sense. It would simply be icing on an already perfect cake.

Save me money

If you look at what you pay for cable V what you watch, you are ripping yourself off. With 150+- stations and like me you probably watch 6 or 8, do the math. A digital antenna ( 1 time cost 90.00) high speed internet 50.00 p/m, I watch what I want, when I want.....No Brainer

My cable killer

I've only add this product for a short time to reduce or get rid of my cable bill and it has done that. My only problem is streaming from my laptop but it's probably something I'm doing wrong.
