I recently bought this and we use it several times per week. If only we could get current news and sports, we'd almost certainly cancel cable. My only problem was that a necessary cable was not included with the Roku player, which I did not know until I unpacked it and tried to set it up.

Very happy with my ROKU 3. This is my second ROKU. The first is in the bedroom ROKU 2 XS and the new one in the TV room. Only setup problem I had was with the cheap HDMI cable I bought with it. Swapped cables and everything has been great since.

I've had my Roku 3 for about a month now and it's the greatest. I haven't even used my cable since I got it. I'm planning on canceling it. You literally get thousands of channels ....it's just AWESOME !!!!

Simple and Easy to Use

I have really enjoyed the Roku. It is simple and easy for me to use as I am not a computer guru. I like the ability to easily access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, etc. There is still a lot I need to learn, but thus far I'm in a good place using the basics.
I highly recommend Roku when you are ready to be rid of cable (other than internet or phone bundle). It has helped lessen the cost of my monthly bills.
I also feel, if you are into specific cable channels, it would be worth the monthly, lower, subscription to go through Roku.

Easy to set up, great selection of channels, very easy to use. I promote this to all our friends and offer to hook it up for them (Most of our friends, in 60's)! I reccomend it to everyone.

I have a Roku 2 and love it. Bought a 2nd TV and purchased Roku 3 and love it too! Had a few problems with setup but now it works. Have used Samsung & Sony streaming/DVD units and found them slow and awkward to use. I recommend Roku highly to people.
