I have 2 older rokus and I like the 3s updates in comparison, BUT about once a week the 3 starts flickering, The only remedy I've found is to unplug power supply 60 seconds. From reviews, I'm not the only one with this problem. WHY can't this be fixed via updates?

I didnt know I would have to sign up with multiple channels to use everything available. I had hoped one sign up and got everything.

The Roku is the best streaming player on the market because it has the best content. There are dozens of Christian channels, such as Trinity Broadcasting Network and Kenneth Copeland Ministries. I highly recommend it to anyone who has broadband Internet in their home.
It has a few minor shortcomings: It needs HDMI Consumer Electronics Control so that it will automatically switch a receiver's input to itself when used in a home theater. It crashes sometimes and must be rebooted. But I would buy another one over any other brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Older model had some loading issues on certain channels - particularly Tablo OTA antenna device - this one is smooth with no issues. Channel Store frequently unavailable - could be on server side rather than device - however this does lock device and must manually reboot. Otherwise great device, successfully cut the cable almost a year ago!
