I’ been a Roku costumer since the first generation, now I have Roku 3, since the beginning I cut 75% of my cable bill, easy to use. Amazing costumer support.

I have heard about roku3 for some time and this was the device I had my eye on for when I cut the cable cord. I bought the roku3 yesterday and it is so easy to use and play. Their online chat support is fast answering questions I had about some features. Of all the devices I reviewed roku3 stood out.

Streaming is good but slow on surfing. Remote needs to be improved through software and design to browse like regular cable. Flow through on channels is little slow and cumbersome.

We purchased a Roku 3 with our first HDTV. It is easy to use and the two questions we had were quickly clarified by the excellent CHAT support. We are very satisfied with the hardware and choice of streaming channels.

I love the Roku! Thanks for a great product. Thanks for working on getting more live streaming channels! It would be great if the live streaming channels could offer closed captioned for the hearing impaired. If Roku could work on that, your product will be worth 5 stars and people in the deaf community would buy your product! Thanks again!
