Kenna put out a unknown album before this one. Not popular but was loved by underground hip hop/ music lovers and even made it into a Sony PSP Commercial. When he signed with Star Trak Ent. the CEO Pharrell Williams told him that his problem was that no one saw his face. So with Chad Hugo and Pharrell Williams behind him Kenna is back to take on the world.
What's great about it: Futuristic
What's not so great: Your Friends wolnt know who he is

I knew I would like this album after I hear the single "Say Goodbye to love". It was a breath of fresh air. Upbeat and spunky in the beginning it tones it down a few notches and allows the listener to sit back and rehash portions of your own life. Thats just how thought provoking the masterfully crafted tracks and his smooth voice can be.
What's great about it: A rollercoaster of emotions bundled on one cd
What's not so great: He should fire his publicist...this is a most known unknown gem

Kenna is the freshest artist I have encountered. His music doesn't fit into any category but crosses genres and is really its own genre in itself. The beats are sick and the lyrics are expressive and catchy. I'm able to listen straight through but really like "Red Sun, Blue Sky," "Baptized in Blacklight," "Static," and "Be Still." They all have a sense of cohesiveness but yet very unique and different in mood. I highly recommend Kenna.
What's great about it: Great eclectic sound throughout
