Convenience and size

We like the way the counter width model fits in our kitchen. Although smaller than our last refrigerator it is still large enough for everything we need and old food doesn't get "lost" in the back of the shelves as easily. Storage bins and compartments are convenient and useful. One problem is the handle on the storage bins. The plastic seems too flimsy to support the pressure, especially if the bin is full. One of them has already cracked just from pulling it out.

Great Appliance

Super Frig. My only complaint is that this appliance makes some weird noises. In the quiet of the evening and other times it sounds like some small creatures where invading our kitchen. But works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed

I bought this to replace my last one that had so many problems and so many visits from the warranty people until the warranty ran out and it still never got fixed. So after constantly throwing out moldy food I caved in and had to replace it. Since all my appliances are from this Gallery collection, I had to purchase the same one. What a mistake. I am so disappointed. I've only had it 3-4 months. Soft ice cream, moisture in all my containers, moisture on the inside walls, ice in the drawers. I should have just kept my old one and continued to buy food daily.
If you buy this, make sure you buy the extended warranty. You're going to need it.

Do not buy!

We bought this refrigerator in November 2015 and have had 4 service calls because the ice maker tubing kept freezing up. They were prompt with service and have tried to fix it. It is still working for the moment after ice maker then tubing being replaced. The ice also hangs up and when you free it goes everywhere. I have read other reviews talking about the ice maker. Who needs the aggravation?!

The Worst fridge in the World

Please people don't buy it!!!This is the 3rd time they are coming to try to fix it. Every time a different problem.Mind bugling stuff.First Time the panel broke 3 months in.Second Time ice box had to be adjusted,Ice didn't come out.This Time it freezes all my food on 36-38f.My cooked white eggs are frozen,my glass jar has ice inside and the pull out drawers where I keep tomatoes and vegetables are frozen mostly.!On top on Frigidaire web site you can't post pictures!!!!On top of it is very noisy,Ice and water spills all over the floor!!Avoid,Avoid,Avoid!

Perfect counter depth fridge

We had difficulty finding a fridge that would fit through our narrow kitchen doorways, so we were ecstatic when we found this one! It has a clean, stunning look, and the fact that it is smudgeproof is life-changing! The ice comes out a little choppy, but otherwise I have no complaints about this model. Great option for smaller kitchens, and the finish is a must!

would freeze up, never made any ice. They came out to repair it seven times before we could finally get a new one. Steer clear of this model.
