Not very happy

This refrigerator makes annoying noises constantly, the chill drawer rubs against the plastic rails and screeches. Our contractor suggested we rub some Vaseline on the rails and that worked. The ice jams at times when the ice dispenses and you can not stop it until you open the freezer door. What a mess! the bottom shelf on the door is useless. What are you supposed to put in that little 2 inch space?

Oops, A mistake to buy

I bought this refrigerator and within one month had a repairman visit. Ice maker inconsistently working, painful squeaky cold drawer and frozen vegie produce. He replaced the icemaker and it's ok. He put putty in the vegie drawer opening, so now produce goes bad quickly. The drawer still squeaks loudly and can't be fixed. Hate it.

Great fridge, but WAY too loud

The fridge is good but the motor runs way too loud, by far the noisiest fridge I have ever owned.

bought three months ago and having problems with the vegetable draw inside freezing.a wall of ice forms and ruins my vegetables.never had this problem before with old refrigerator.thats the only bad feature about this refrigerator.I love the stainless steel finish. You also can't shut off ice maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you have the meat keeper, located above the vegetable crisper drawers, set on colder please adjust the setting to cold and wait 24 hours to see if the temperature in the vegetable crispers improves. If you have the crisper drawers set on the lower humidity setting this allow more cold air to circulate in the crispers. Adjust the control to a higher humidity setting and wait 24 hours to see if the temperature in the crisper drawers improves. disappointing and has already broken on us

At first the fridge worked well, but the cooling seemed to not work properly and about six months after our purchase the cooling unit broke. Now there is a leak in the freezer and it leaks outside as well. Overall very disappointing for the money.

okay, but has faults

vegetable drawer always has coating of ice in front left corner. less than 6 months old and glass shelf on meat/cheese drawer SHATTERED (not from hitting or dropping anything). customer service wanted to charge us for replacement, but took care of it after we complained. we've had refrigerators with glass shelves for decades and never had a shelf break. would not recommend this model. brand is okay - we also have an upright freezer, microwave, range and dishwasher (all purchased at the same time)... and they're operating as expected.
additionally, ice cube dispenser has 'delay' and then tons shoot out all at once (ALWAYS shoots some onto floor, even using the tall glasses). drawers are plastic on plastic (no rollers) and squeal like fingernails on chalkboard when pull out -- usually have to use both hands to push closed cuz they 'stick' and then only close part-way askewed. 1st refrigerator we've ever had that didn't have rollers on the drawer tracks/glides. definitely NOT expected with the price of this refrig.

Hipitch pitch noise and terrible ice maker

This unit has a high pitch noise that run you crazy. The first repair man said he did not know where the noise was coming from and said he could not fix it. He did replace the ice maker though. The first one fail after two months. The second ice maker failed only after three weeks. We are now on are third one. The first door will not close. You have to slam it. We now are waiting on the repair man for the third time. Not very pleased!

droors squeek and the fridge is noisy

i bought the bridge about a month ago, not real happy with it. The droors sound like nails on a chalk board when you pull them out and the fridge itself is loud. Not real pleased with the purchase
