REFRIGERATOR

I BOUGHT THIS REFRIGERATOR A MONTH AGO. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THE VEGETABLE/FRUIT DRAWER SEEMS TO FREEZE ITEMS ON THE SIDE NEAR THE FREEZER.

Loud.

Motors runs constantly, loud ice make and other sounds, but I guess it's normal.

Hi Johnny 7. Your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Our new refrigerators are designed to be more efficient in that they use newer components and run at a consistent speed/temperature for a longer period of time using less energy. If your refrigerator is located in a non-humid and not warm environment and you have set your appliance to the appropriate temperature settings (37ºF for refrigerator and 0ºF for your freezer section) you should notice that it runs at a lower speed for a longer period of time. This is one way it is designed to save on energy. Appliances use more energy when they constantly turn off and on. Our refrigerators are designed to allow the fan components inside to run after the compressor turns on. This allows the internal components to cool and the machine to rest even though you may still hear something running. Kindly, Anna

Really enjoy the refrigerator. Have been living in an rv so the refrigerator is a lot larger than we are use to.

Easy to use but.........

I love my new refrigerator but we are having and issue of food freezing in the Refrigerator sections..... Top left corner (Several sodas have frozen & exploded) & In the vegetable/fruit drawers(Occasionally will find produce frozen solid) Have played with temps and has not corrected issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Issues with the Ice and water dispenser

We bought this unit 18 months ago and no problems until 2 weeks ago when the water and ice unit quit working, we thought it might be the water filter and changed it twice. Is this a common problem and what's the fix? New water/ice unit? Otherwise the refrigerator works fine.
