Expected better

Vegie basket freeze on one side. Ice get stock all the time at the opening door.

Hey Olga! You can try washing and draining your vegetables prior to storing them. This should help prevent freezing. Have you noticed that ice has melted and frozen around the auger? If so, remove your ice container, thaw, and empty the contents. Clean your container, wipe dry, and replace in the proper position. When new ice is made, it should dispense properly. Great appearance, fits well in our kitchen, especially since we got the counter-depth style. One complaint- sometimes the freezer temperature starts rising, so we have to go through the freezer and make sure the contents are not blocking any vents. One other complaint, the ice dispenser is a little too powerful, and ice gets all over the place when we simply want to fill one glass with just a few cubes!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We really like this unit. This fridge(brand-new) came with a house we recently bought. I will say that it doesn't keep the ice maker full. We use ice all day long and it seems to run out quickly. Also there is a noise it makes, not often, but its loud and only lasts for a few seconds. I think it has something to do with the ice maker or water dispenser.
I would recommend this to a friend!

fridge freezes up no matter how low in temperature

well, I have dripping and ice frozen both on my sides and glass shelves. I've tried to lower the temp. on the fridge and up the temp on my freezer...doesn't matter the problem isn't going away.

The refrigerator side is a Huge Disappointment

I wish I had kept my 30+ year old refrigerator, it kept my food colder. Lesson learned, new is not always better. On the plus side, freezer works great and looks nice.

Wanted to love it..... LOUD!

I bought this a month ago and it has a high pitch whine 24/7. Quiet time is now nonexistent in my home unless I power it down... I am sitting next to my air conditioner now and I can hear it over to 10 year old AC.

Slow ice maker

Brand new frig but the ice maker did not function correctly. SLOW ICE MAKING... one tray every 12 hours. Called and had it replaced. The ice is now making every 70 mins or so but the amount is too small for the demand. Tray is not big enough to handle hot weather.
