Thank you for your time and purchasing our Frigidaire Gallery Side-By-Side Refrigerator for your home. I understand you are having issues with your ice dispenser. Please keep in mind if you do not use the ice dispenser frequently your ice cubes will freeze together in the bin, thus jamming the dispenser mechanism. If this happens please remove the ice storage bin and shake to loosen the cubes or clean the ice bin. I do hope this information is helpful. Please contact us directly, if the issue continues. I had no idea what brand or style of refrigerator I wanted until I saw this model. It seamlessly fits into my kitchen and I think I have convinced a few others in my family to purchase one as well.

Great Features

I bought this 6 months ago and it works great. It runs quietly and has plenty of room for tons of food. I like the refrigerator door with the space for the milk and orange juice. The freezer also has plenty of room and the ice maker works great.
