My fridge was 3 months old and I already experienced an issue with freezer. Not happy about inconvenience

More space than I thought!

I actually love this side by side. We had a french door bottom freezer before this and I was skeptical about going to a side by side. There is much more space than I thought!
Downsides: Ice maker is very temperamental, the fridge does not have enough deep in door storage.
Our electrical panel broke within 4 months of purchasing. We lost all of our food in both the fridge and freezer. Took over two weeks to get it fixed!!!

We looked at 15-20 different counter depth options and all sacrificed layout for less cubic ft....except the fridgidaire!!

Good price on side by side counter depth Frigidare. Fits exactly into space allocated and does not stick out past cabinets. Operation is smooth and front settings are nice. Shelves are OK adjustable by notch cut-outs. The Ice maker works great but the dispenser does not always shut off easily and ice careens onto the floor. I set the temperature as suggested on the refrigerator side at 40 degrees but the middle temp adjustable draw always gets iced, I have closed the side vent to increase temp in that area and still have ice which makes the drawer stick and hard to open.

We bought about 6 months ago works great for the wife and i a little noisy at times.
Bought all new Frigidaire Gallery appliances for the new kitchen happy so far.
