Ease and Comfort

The storage areas are easy to maintain, clean and customize. Seasonal changes demand custom requirements and storage areas. The easy open doors, and easily relocatable shelves and bins make custom care routine rather than an arduous chore.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No cold water

I had 5 years old refrigerater need the second one and replace that from kitchen but this new one does not have cold water , what a waste of money .

Not up to standards

3 months after delivery, the refrigerator side door would not shut/seal. Had to prop a chair to hold it closed. Called Frigidaire repair, they sent a tech. He looked it all over and even took the door off. Not sure what he did but got it to close (finally). 3 days ago, the ice maker did not work overnight or the next day. Had an appointment and told my wife I would call it in when I got home. It started working again. It's a rear model ice maker and no way keeps up. Have to buy ice to have some on hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

This refrigerator does not have same features as store floor model demonstrated at time of purchase dispute with store handled poorly and unresolved, also makes a lot noise and drawers are hard to open and close and make a very annoying noise when doing so

Your new refrigerator does have a modern, high-efficiency compressor that operates much faster than older models. The compressor may have a high-pitched hum or pulsating sound. If the noise becomes louder, please do not hesitate to call us directly. Also, I find rubbing wax paper on the slides and tracks to make opening/closing the drawers easier; and it reduces the noise. Size is perfect, ice maker is not

Love the size, love the look! Not happy with the ice maker. The ice seems to get hung up easily and then it coughs up too much and spills on the floor.

Terrible

The freezer door pops open when you close the refrigerated side. I have to hold it closed or else it pops open. I have had the factory authorized repairman here to look at it and he said" oh yeah that's the way it is with these self closing doors". He instructed me on how to gently hold the door til almost closed and then let go!!! I should not have to gingerly close the door to keep the freezer side closed. I do not have children at home so no one is slamming it shut. It would be nice if this is a inherit problem that it least alarm when it is open.
