Not happy with this!

I bought this 6+ months ago. I love the look and the smudge proof surface is great. That is the only positives I can give. The ice maker is HORRIBLE! It gets clogged in the dispenser and keep making ice until the inside fills up and then you open the door and ice goes everywhere. At other times the ice just keeps coming out. I have picked up so much ice from the floor since getting this fridge! It's ridiculous. I did a complete kitchen remodel and love everything about my kitchen EXCEPT this refrigerator. It's also very noisy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Glenda59! We recommend removing and repositioning your ice container under the ice maker. Additionally, you may try freeing any ice cubes from the sensor arm and the body of your ice maker. Design-not great.

The opening where the ice comes out is too small. Ice is constantly getting stuck and backed up so when you do get it unclogged it ends up all over the floor.
This fridge is loud. I have never had a fridge that makes so much noise.
The drawers in the inside do not slide easily, they get stuck and make a loud screech every time I open them.

I bought this about 2 months ago. Love the fact that the ice maker appears to be keeping up nicely. The layout (drawers and shelves) is extremely convenient.

disappointment

have had the refrigerator and 3 other items for less than 2 months and already had to have service on two of them 3 times. no matter the temperature, thing were freeing, shelves did not pull in and out smoothly, the ice machine sprays ice at timeswhen using it.

Love the counter depth!

Counter depth perfect for kitchen layout! Had problems with food freezing in refrigator initially. Digital display temp read 37 but inside ran 15-20. Tech came out and replaced multiple parts. Still freezing. Found water dripping on a connector and caused a short. Fixed it and now runs great!
