Great refrigerator!

Works great! Love the easy to use control panel! The smudge resistant finish is great too, cleaning is a breeze. Also, love that you can still use magnets on it too hold my son's art work from school!!!

Overall good fridge

We've been really happy with our refrigerator so far. The only issue we've had is the upper drawer is a little hard to open and close. Sometimes it will fall out of the bracket. Otherwise, no issues.

This refrigerator is better than some of the ratings that I read. The only problem is the top draw sticks and does not roll smoothly.

Perfect size

I bought this item for 2 main reasons (other than good reputation and price): 1) counter depth (perfect size that doesn't protrude into the doorway) and 2) smudge resistant (I rarely have to wipe any smudges away - love that).

Nice Appearance But.......

We bought this back in November along with the Frigidaire Gallery range, microwave, and dishwasher. Out of all of them we are disappointed with this refrigerator. Bottom line its Loud! From the ice maker to the motor. Plus like others had mentioned the ice maker just spits out ice on the floor. We had just put in new hardwood floors and came home with puddles of water on out new floor from the ice. Also the "sliding" crisper drawers do not slide very easy, specially the chill drawer. It makes a loud squealing noise every time you open the drawer.
Overall for this being a Gallery model. Very disappointed.

I have find rubbing wax paper on the slides and hangers on the chill drawers will help with the opening/closing of the drawers; and it helps reduce any squeaky sounds. If the wax paper does not help, please give us a call directly. With your new high-efficiency refrigerator it may make unfamiliar sounds. These are all normal sounds and soon will become familiar to you. The sounds indicate your appliance is operating as designed.
