Unhappy customer

I bought a frigidaire counter depth refrigerator back in 2006 and was happy with it. My recent purchase has been a disappointment. The underlining problem is that the compressor on this thing runs non stop. It not only runs, but it makes this extremely annoying and irritating high pitched squeal that utterly drives me crazy. I have contacted frigidaire on two occasions and spoke with pleasant reps who assured me the refrigerator was ok and that based on the new energy efficient technology it was normal for the refrigerator to run 90% of the time. Energy efficient? I wonder why this model does not have Energy Star rating? This is a nice looking refrigerator but the nonstop high pitched sound makes me want to send it back. Unfortunately the store I bought this from will not take it back.

Bought this fridge in November, chiller drawers squeak when opening and closing refrigerator door sounds like it is rubbing on the bottom mount when opening & closing, otherwise all is well

New Frig

I just purchase the frig and there are only two things I was not please with. The first was the vast amount of ice that is dispensed, it dumps so fast the glass is full before you can pull it out. The second issue is with the crisper drawer, sounds awful when you pull it to open, high pitch plastic to plastic screech.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped cooling and freezing all of a sudden

This refrigerator was installed in our fifth wheel camper from the manufacturer. We have had the fifth wheel about 1.5 years as well as the fridge and all of a sudden the fridge and freezer are not cooling. This is the only Frigidaire appliance we have ever owned and because of this problem we will most likely never buy another. Supposed to have a technician come out tomorrow to hopefully look at it and see what is the problem.

Poor quality

I purchased this refrigerator in November 2015. It looked like an awesome deal and had the features we were looking for (counter depth, smudge proof, and stainless). Now with less than four months of ownership our "awesome deal" makes us miserable. The fan motor is already going out and produces a noise that can be heard clear across the house, and the ice maker spits out ice randomly. Now with just under four months after purchase we are looking to replace this new refrigerator with a new refrigerator. So much for being cost concious. If you are looking at this refrigerator don't make the same mistake as we did, it will cost you double!

Solid features but very loud

This is a brand new product and the technician has already been out to add a sound deadening shield that helped slightly but still noticeable sound/ringing from almost anywhere in my house. Very unfortunate. I've never completed a review but when this email arrived asking for my thoughts I had to complete. I will have to buy a new one or just get used to constant ringing as the variable speed means it's energy efficient but almost always running, which means noise.
