Like the looks

I have had this for about 5 months now. I really like the looks of it and bought it so it would match the rest of my new appliances. It was the right size, counter depth and smudge proof stainless steel. It runs a little loud and one of the drawers gets ice in the front corner of it. I have messed with the settings of the drawer, but haven't quite figured out if that is the cause of it. The ice maker occasionally doesn't dispense even though you are pressing the button. My son thinks it gets clogged up, but I have told him not to put anything in it to try to unclog it. Eventually the ice does break up and shoots out all over the floor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So loud!

I was thinking of giving this product three stars, as it does keep my food cold, but that's kind of the bare minimum requirement. This makes so much noise I can hear it upstairs. The fans whir around making high-pitched noises and then clunking noises. Trying to obtain warranty info. from the place I bought it from is proving to be a dead end, so I hope someone reads these!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What freezer? What space?

We moved into a house that had been "modernized" and had the entire kitchen gallery that included this refrigerator. Wow. it does alright with smudges, but nothing with dog nose prints. One good thing is the ability to manage the refrigerator temperature.
But forget about that part. Let's talk space. Of the Freezer's 8CF (with only 5.7 square foot of actual shelf space) a good deal is taken by the ice machine and ice storage. You have no chance of going shopping more than once a week. Nothing will fit in the freezer. Also, the refrigerator is SO narrow, that it is hard to put anything (like a large cake) into it.
Plus, I now have to buy a new refrigerator which doesn't make me at all happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Fridge

We have had this fridge for a couple of months now - the counter depth is great and there is plenty of room to stor a weeks worth of food for a family of 4!

Strange design flaws.

The produce and cheese drawers are noisy and hard to pull out. Same for the icemaker tray; really hard to pull out. The water spout in the door is located too far out to simply stick a bottle under it and fill it; the water splashes everywhere. It's ok with a wide mug, but for a water bottle, you have to buffer your fingers between the press and the bottle to create extra space for the spout to line up with the bottle neck. Weird design flaws. Otherwise, a nice fridge.

We bought the counter depth refrigerator when we remodeled our kitchen. I love the space in this fridge and the lighting as well. Very nice fridge.
