It is noisier than my old fridge and the chill drawer is sticky to open and close, other than that I am very pleased with the overall operation of the fridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does its job

Over priced for how loud it runs. that is the only problem it has. its loud and makes popping sounds.

Hey boardgolfer, the popping sound you're hearing is part of your refrigerator's defrost cycle dropping water on the heater. I also recommend checking your Owner's Manual (page 22) to make sure that the sounds that you're hearing are not part of the A/C's normal operation. good but has design problems

The door flap to dispense ice has condensation on the outside and the condensation drops fall on the shelf below the water dispenser. Also, ice built up on the inside of the freezer, on the shelf where the ice chute is. Replacing the door flap seemed to help and the ice build up inside the freezer seems to have stopped.

New Refrigerator

I recently purchased this refrigerator after we moved into a new home. We purchased it because it fit within the space we needed it to and the price. The doors are slightly uneven, but only enough to bug me and remain unnoticeable to most people. The motor is a little noisy and one of the drawers inside makes an awful squeaking noise when you pull it open. I have tried to take the drawer apart and fix the problem, but everything is installed correctly. Overall, nothing great about this product. It keeps things cold, produces ice, and filters water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can also find normal operating sounds on page 22 of the manual as well. The manual can also be located on our website at ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo_PDF/Anderson/242288200en.pdf. You may find that rubbing the drawers with wax paper may reduce the sound you're hearing when pulling the drawer open. I hope this information is helpful. Freezer has condensation problems

This was purchased for a new home. We would have refused delivery if we would have been here. One door was higher than the other. And the handles don't match up. On top of that, the freezer has a condensation problem. Have had repair people out twice already with only one problem resolved. Hoping they will let me return for a different model. Very happy with the Professional range that I bought through Frigidaire. Hope they stand by their products and give me a chance for an exchange.

my refrigerator

the first one I received had to be sent back...it was making really loud crazy noises. The second one operates well. The only thing I don't like is the ice dispenser. It has gotten jammed on a number of occasions, and I have to break up the ice jam to free it, and then I get a huge mess on the floor as they all come out. Even when it is not jammed, it is hard to get just a few pieces out at a time...even the slightest "push" sends out too many pieces.

Other than the ice maker jamming all of the time, this is a good fridge. It is nice to be able to see where things are just by opening the door.
