Smudge proof is REAL! Fits perfectly

Overall I really love it. I replaced my old fridge that was not counter depth and stuck out and always drove me nuts. I bought the stainless steel SMUDGE PROOF and thought it might cut down a little, it cut down fingerprints 99 percent. I have no idea how, but I wipe it every two weeks NOT twice a day.....the cube and crushed ice is good. The seal is not as solid as i wish it was and the freezer recently got FROST everywhere and I am not sure why? Maybe it was not sealed properly. that seems to be the fault overall. but i really love it.

We bought this fridge to put in the home we just bought. Love it! We have since replaced all other appliances with the Frigidaire Gallery Series.

We love our fridge. We purchased it for our new construction home & have no regrets. Slim design, easy to clean, looks beautiful. Great feature to our kitchen. Be careful with the ice. Even if you want a little it spits out a ton.

A few annoyances

Ice maker doesn't produce enough ice. A few of the drawers stick and make the sound of nails on a chalk board. It's an okay model.

Mechell, I am sorry that you have encountered these recent issues with your refrigerator. Some items to check in regards to the slow ice production include: Make sure the water valve going to the refrigerator is open fully. Check the freezer temperature, it should be between 5 and -2 degrees (sometimes dropping the temp will increase ice production). Water pressure is a factor that can’t be ignored either, it has to be between 30-100 PSI. The squeaky drawers can be rubbed with wax paper or olive oil to ease the sticking. I hope this helps! Good Value!

Purchased a little over 2 months ago and have only had one problem - hard to stop ice dispenser. It is difficult to get just a few cubes of ice which often results in more ice than wanted and sometimes some on the floor. We needed the countertop depth but that means the ice maker cuts into freezer space. Overall though, the size is adequate for our needs and it is a good choice for the amount we paid.

This is a average refrigerator, quality is ok, some squeak noise coming from compressor, small water dripping from ice receiver pocket, it's spacious though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too noisy

Although I like the style and shelving capacity overall, I am unhappy with the operation of the freezer. The ice cube shoot either gives me one/or none or I have an avalanche of ice on to the floor. This morning I have dripping water inside and frost on my food. Off and on the motor is making clicking noises that sound like a rattle. I expected better than this, I had a 15 year old fridge I threw out for this and it doesn't work any better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dianne2 we certainly can feel your frustration with your recent refrigerator experience. From what you have written, it sounds like your dispenser is jamming. Here are a few items to check. Has ice melted & frozen around the auger? Are there any cubes jammed between ice maker and rear of the ice bin? If the door to your ice chute is not sealing properly, you may see moisture or ice build-up. Page 22 of the Owner’s Manual for your model goes over the normal sights and sounds you will encounter.
