Not as happy with this as I would like to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this Frigidaire since 9-18-16 and the freezer and refrigerator work very well but the unit makes many noises that we have never heard from a refrigerator before. The ice maker works well but makes very loud noises and the ice dispenser seems to have a mind of its own. When you dispense ice you can't tell how much you will get but many times it is an avalanche and then a very large mess to contend with. It will also get jammed and not stop delivering ice when you want it to and makes a bigger mess. That's why we are not happy overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no Danirish, I hate to hear of your dissatisfaction with the refrigerator. I would like to try to help! Has ice melted and frozen around the auger in your ice bin (the spiral metal bar in the bottom)? If so, please remove the ice container, thaw and empty the contents, clean and dry the container and replace in proper position. When new ice is made the dispenser should operate normally. If not, are there ice cubes jammed between the ice maker and the rear of the ice bin? If so, please remove the cubes and put the bin in the proper position. Your Owner’s Manual goes over normal sights and sounds on page 22. If this didn’t help, please reconnect with us directly for assistance. Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth

Beautiful and functional!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator about a month or so ago, and I am completely satisfied with it! It has the capacity to handle all of the fresh and frozen foods I use with ease. I was concerned that it would not be wide enough in the freezer or refrigerated sections to hold a large pizza; but to my pleasant surprise, it does! I couldn't be more pleased with this product. Thank you, Frigidaire!

Water dispenser leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is really pretty. We love the look of it, and love how the lights come on. We HATE that two of the drawers make a really loud SQUEAK when pulling them out. Like nails on a chalkboard. That is a big bummer. BIG bummer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for almost 2 months. We like it, but the freezer has acted weird on 2 occasions warming up when not supposed to, then it corrects itself. We have someone coming to replace logic board just in case...
