Strange noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge about a month ago and immediately heard a random, intermittent noise. The sound your dryer makes when it buzzes? That was the noise--audible throughout the entire house. Totally random, too. I had a tough time getting through to Frigidaire, which then sent a local repairman out. Of course, in the 30 minutes he was in my house, no noise! Thus, he wasn't able to fix it. Frustrating!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our records indicate your buzzing sound was resolved successfully, and the refrigerator is functioning as designed. If you ever have a sound that is intermittent, try to record it on your phone for the servicer. I find sounds have a tendency to not reoccur when the technician is there (like last week with my car). You will also find normal sights and sounds addressed on page 22 of your Owner’s Manual for comparison to what you are hearing. Some good, some bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this product for a few weeks now. We chose it for the counter depth and basic features. It looks great, cools well, and has a decent amount of room for the limited depth.
Unfortunately, we have had an ice maker leak and the refrigerator makes A LOT of noise. In addition, the draws do not slide out well. They tend to stick and make more noise when pulling them out or pushing them back. The drawers just don't seem to fit well.

Is it leaking into the ice bin from overfilling, or is it leaking from the water valve? You will find normal sights and sounds addressed on page 22 of your Owner’s Manual. Are the sounds you are hearing listed? For squeaking drawers, first try removing them, and then reinstalling them to ensure they are properly on the tracks. If after reinstallation they are still squeaking, we recommend rubbing them with either wax paper or olive oil. Please reconnect directly with us if you have any questions. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this appliance about 8 months ago to replace a 15 year old Frigidaire side by side refrigerator freezer. We are happy with it so far, but because of problems with the ice maker I am unable to give it a 5 star rating.
