Perfect size & no fingerprints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to purchase a refrigerator to replace my old counter-depth refrigerator. Besides the size, I chose this fridge because of its smudge-proof stainless steel design. It has a sleek look and blends in nicely with my other stainless steel appliances. The door doesn't accumulate any fingerprints. It is very easy to use the control panel to make adjustments to the temperature and it is very easy to fill water bottles with the water spout on this refrigerator. This fridge is a great choice if you have little space and want a premium beautiful appliance.

Great size for down sizing house, counter depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wife and I bought this early September 2016, but was not delivered until we closed on our new home the end of September 2016. The size and fit of the unit was just what we were looking for and it fit perfectly and does not stick out much further than the counter top. You do lose a bit of inside space, but not having the unit stick out 4 or so inches was our preference.
The one thing we have experienced and will probably open a call with Frigidaire is that several time now when dispensing ice cubes the dispenser will not shut off and ice goes everywhere. You with then get a d1 error displayed and you have to clear the ice in the discharge shoot to clear the error, and usually means even more ice comes crashing out and on to the floor.
From what I can see it appears the ice being made might be a bit small (ice maker probably needs adjustment), and as it comes out the shoot they get lodged in the output shoot door. That or the tension on the door to keep it closed is a bit to much causing the ice cubes to pile up, then finally opens dumping a lot of ice from the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bob4785, glad to hear we had a refrigerator that was such a good fit for your needs. I have some items for you to check in regards to the jamming dispenser. Has ice melted and frozen around the auger in your ice bin (the spiral metal bar in the bottom)? If so, please remove the ice container, thaw and empty the contents, clean and dry the container, and replace in proper position. When new ice is made the dispenser should operate normally. If not, are there ice cubes jammed between the ice maker and the rear of the ice bin? If so, please remove the cubes and put the bin in the proper position. Lastly, if the ice cubes being small is a new occurrence, this is one of the first signs the water filter may need to be changed. On an average family of 4, we recommend replacing the water filter every 4-6 months based on water and ice usage. States like Texas, have hard water and the filter may need changing a bit more often. Refrigerator Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 9/24/2016 and it was delivered on 9/25/2016. Water dripped from the door dispenser after the ice maker was turned on. I called Lowe's and they came and said there was another air in the line so we tried getting it out by filling several water pitchers from the water dispenser. The dispenser continued to leak so a repair man came and ordered a new door ice/water dispenser. The next week, the part came and another repair man came and installed the new part. The door dispenser still leaks very slightly.
Also the chill drawer squeaks when opened and doesn't roll open smoothly or close smoothly.
Other than that, the refrigerator is very attractive and helped improve the look of my kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
