Bad product

It took us three times before we got a refrigerator that didn't have a problem. The first one had a hole in the back wall and broken brackets for the selfs. The second on would not get cold in the freezer or refrigerator. We had gone on vacation after it was delivered and when we returned all the food had unthawed so we had to replace everything. The temp would not go below 50 on either side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it has all of the features I need. Love the ice maker and the see through veggie, crispie drawers. Counter depth, SS - unfortunately it got scratched the first day, and there's no way to repair the unsightly marks on the left side:(

Thank you for sharing your refrigerator experience, robbi. I am glad that you are enjoying your refrigerator. What is it about the ice maker that you don’t care for? If you are not producing ice, I have a couple questions for you. Have you changed your water filter lately? We recommend changing your water filter every 4-6 months depending upon usage and water hardness. States like California have hard water, and the filter may need changing a bit more often. A clogged filter will slow ice production, produce hollow or smaller cubes, and eventually lead to no ice being produced. Great refrigerator!!
