Problems with doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this fridge and love the idea of it. Once we installed it, we noticed a gap in the bottom of the gasket of both doors. A repairman has been out twice trying small fixes suggested by the maker. They are now ordering new hinges and he will come back a third time. It's quite frustrating. Fortunately the fridge is holding its temperature, but I'm sure we are wasting energy in the process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent Enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model came new in our house. It keeps a proper temperature. The ice maker is a little loud at times. The drawers don't slide as smoothly as refrigerators I have owned in the past.

Smudge-proof Smiles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as part of complete kitchen reno. Love the smudge-proof finish!! I have a small galley kitchen, so was happy to find a counter depth frig with water on the door! It's a little loud, but I don't even notice it now.

We love that it is counter depth and that it does not get all dirty with fingerprints very easily. Something that we don't really love is the noise level of the ice machine. It is pretty loud when it fills and drops the ice. It also gets clogged pretty regularly but this is mostly just a minor annoyance. There are times when the lever to push to get ice/water gets stuck a little--we plan on calling Fridgidaire about this as we have only had this appliance for 6 months. All in all it is great and functional and it matches!

3 times a charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doors on this just don't appear to be even. The installers also did not level it properly so it tilts back. Nor did they take off the plastic and it's all stuck in under the handles. Will try tweezers to remove the remainder of it.
Also on the inside of the fridge door are several weird shelfs that I have no clue what they could hold so it's just a lot of wasted space.

We really love our new refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new sued by side refrigerator a few months ago and are thrilled with so many of the features. The delay lighting is very convenient. The temperature controls on the fruit & vegetable drawers are terrific & the positioning of them make access so easy. I especially like the placement for eggs. The shelves and drawers are so easy to clean & the air filter makes me feel confident the air quality is always at the best level. The stainless steel doors are so pretty & never seem to show fingerprints.
The freezer is perfect- plenty of storage & the ice maker works perfectly. And the refrigerator is so quiet !! Thank you for manufacturing a terrific refrigerator-at an affordable cost.
