fits and looks great in my new fifth wheel camper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we got our fifth wheel camper last fall 2016 and one of the reasons we got this camper is it had a full size fridge in it. so far love it and it is great to have ice at the camp grounds.

The fridge is 2 months old for us. This is a counter-depth fridge, so we knew that we would have limited space. The freezer is DEFINITELY limited in space and the compartments on the doors of both the fridge and freezer are quite small and do not hold much. So things like condiments, jars, etc. need to be put on the shelves. The ice maker is a bit loud when getting ice, but it's not that bothersome to us. The fresh drawers do not glide very easily, and we actually had a repairman come out to look at it because one drawer in particular was really hard to open/close and we were afraid we were going to break it. He said over time it would form grooves and open/close smoothly. The other day the motor was making a loud humming noise. We shut it off for a few minutes, turned it back on, and it went away. If it happens again, we will need to call that issue in again. We have a second refridgerator, so we were okay with getting a counter-depth. However, it this will be your only refrigerator and you normally have a somewhat stocked refrigerator/freezer, do not go with a counter-depth. Deal with the fact that it juts out past your counter and looks a little bigger or bulky in your kitchen. This is my second home with a counter-depth fridge, and I would never recommend it if you don't have a second one.

Hey anonymous13, I have an idea that may help with the sticking drawers. Remove the drawer completely, rub the top edge on the left and right with either waxed paper, olive oil, or another food contact safe lubricant. Refrigerator- ok but worst ice maker ever!

We bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago. Knew it would be smaller than what we had before but it is really small inside. That was a mistake on our part not taking that into consideration with a cabinet depth refrigerator.
The thing I hate most about this refrigerator is the ice maker. It is terrible. The ice bucket doesn't hold much ice and if you have company for dinner, you run out of ice. The worst part about this ice maker is that the ice gets stuck in the chute almost EVERYTIME you try to dispense it. If it doesn't get stuck, it shoots out crushed ice even when you don't want crushed ice. It's is so very annoying. I would never recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

Hey mskathy44, I think most of your ice maker experience is related. I have something for you to try to help with the matter. Please remove the ice bin, empty, clean, and dry it. While it is out of the freezer, close the freezer door and engage the ice dispenser paddle for 1 minute to warm the solenoid. Open the freezer door and locate a rectangular hole on the back wall of the freezer. Insert a wooden spoon handle into the hole and move it up and down to free the solenoid. Reinstall the ice bin and you should have no more ice jam, and be able to dispense both cube and crushed ice. Some items to check that impact slow ice production, include: Check the freezer temperature, it should be between 5 and -2 degrees (sometimes dropping the temp will increase ice production). Water pressure is a factor that can’t be ignored either, it has to be between 30-100 PSI. Doesn't live up to my old refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read reviews of this refrigerator before I bought it. The reviews are correct, it is noisy and the plastic shelves are very cheap sounding. The drawers are not easy to slide in and out. I loved my old refrigerator (19 years old) and bought this one because it was only option I could find that would fit in my space. It works but I would not buy again. Didn't need a lot of fancy features, but am still disappointed in the quality. It does have a nice appearance.

Hey BrendaC, to ensure the drawers are inserted properly, please remove them completely. Before you reinsert the drawers, try either rubbing the tops with waxed paper or olive oil. This should ease the opening and closing of the drawers. You will find normal operating sounds on page 29 of your Owner’s Manual.
