Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Gallery package of four appliances. I am extremely pleased, as well as impressed. Not only are they appealing in style, they are functionally efficient. The frig has a spacious interior. The freezer is equipped with a very quiet ice making machine, which dispenses the ice equally as quiet. The unit is easy to move around and the finish is smudge proof. Wonderful product.

freezer door seal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two months ago. Every time i close the fridge side the freezer door opens slightly breaking the magnetic door seal. After finding nearly melted ice cream in the freezer i noticed this problem. Now I'm careful to hold the freezer door shut when closing the fridge and have to remind and check on the rest of the family to be sure the freezer is shut. No other problems at this time.

Look great in the new kitchen

Right out of the box, Brand New, not working

I bought this two weeks ago and received it three days ago and plugged it in, first thing I hear is the high pitch noise emanating from the refrigerator. Adjusted the temperature settings and the refrigerator does not cool enough to get anything cold. The freezer works, but the temperature the freezer is producing should be what the refrigerator should be producing. Then there is condensation accumulating in the back of the refrigerator. Recovering from a disaster, you don't need this type of headache.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not pleased with unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased on sale at big box store. Delivery and setup was great. Unit failed after six weeks, two days before Christmas with it full of food and a house full of company. We called the warranty phone number and the person was very, very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. Because of the holidays it took a week to get a service person out and then another week to get the parts. The service person came on a Saturday afternoon around 5PM, which I found hard to believe. The warranty people on the phone and the service person were great, very helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the great review I hoped to write!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have back problems, so went from a LG French drawer fridge back to a side-by-side for easier access to frozen foods. I've owned Frigidaire in the past and been very happy with them - until now. Who put the lights in the rear? If anything sits in front of them the light source is severely limited. If it isn't blocked, then I am losing shelf space. And they are DIM! Why not spend a few more pennies and use LED like many newer models? Also, my "fresh" drawer accumulates ice on the side by the freezer, even though I have selected the "low" temp selection. It's only been about a month since purchase and I'm going to have to call service. Not the experience I expected from this brand!

Problems with drawers/shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this two months ago and have had problems with the drawers sticking to the point where they pull down the shelves when they finally slide open. A service rep came out and will be replacing the shelves since they are warped. Otherwise, it has been working fine with no other issues.
