Absolutely Love It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our new Frigidaire Gallery side-by-side refrigerator installed about a month ago and we absolutely love it! The ice maker refills much quicker than I thought it would, delivers nicely cut cubes or crushed ice efficiently, and the display panel is great.
My brother & sister-in-law bought theirs about a year ago and recommended the Gallery Series to us. I'm glad they did!

Great Value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're pleased with this refrigerator that we've had for a couple months. We like that the front resists smudges and my daughter loves that it holds magnets. There's plenty of space and it is quiet. Our only problem has been that the ice doesn't dispense if you switch too quickly from water to ice. If this occurs, you have to switch back to water then allow 1 second after switching to ice again before you press the dispenser. It is perfect now that we have that mastered.

Ice maker and temperature issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit based on appearance, stainless steel and need for a counter depth refrigerator. Interior space is adequate for a family of three. Interior lighting could be better as the lights are in the rear and when the shelves are full the light is partially blocked, also if replacement should be needed difficult to access. The unit comes preset at 0 and 37 degrees but found that was inadequate at different levels within the unit. Had to set the temp at -1 and 34 to bring the temperature to below 40 degrees for proper food storage. It is a little noisy when making ice but not a real problem. Water dispensing flow is fine, could be colder. The ice maker jams easily and have switched from ice to water not knowing it was jammed and water does not shut off until you free the jam, also if really jammed when you break it loose it like an avalanche of ice. Also if you need to get to the switch to turn off the ice maker it is under a shelf you cannot remove with out damaging, you have to remove the ice bin and reach back and up under the shelf to access it. We fill an Rubbermaid ice bin we found that fits on the shelf above the ice maker and empty the unit's ice bin. into it to avoid the jamming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
