Good entry level refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the refrigerator about 2 weeks and I got home and hooked up the water. It made 2 trays and quit. Call for service and the man was there in 2 hours. He said the line froze up and fixed it. The next day it froze up again, so called the repair person and he stated he had found in updated part for it and ordered it. When the part came in he came out and fixed it. Great service!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Own two others just like it

The fridge is fine EXCEPT that about once an hour DAY AND NIGHT, it makes a loud brief noise -- loud enough to wake up people sleeping in a nearby bedroom. The service man came out. Worked on it. It seems a little better now, but the problem is not solved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi Jorde, thank you for your review. Are you able to hear about where the noise could be coming from? From what you have described it sounds like this noise might be normal operating sounds. Typically, during defrost cycles, water dripping onto the defrost heater may cause a hissing or sizzling sound. After defrosting, a popping sound may occur and the motorized damper may occasionally make a popping sound. Hope this helps! Best wishes, Jennifer

Excellent fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read the reviews before we purchased this refrigerator. They were very mixed. When I went to the store to look at it, I really liked the look of it. The inside holds more than my previous larger refrigerator, and is set up very nice. We have had this refrigerator about a month. I am very pleased with it, and so far it is not loud and has held the correct temperatures also. Have my fingers crossed, because I really like it.
