Nice Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge in home when we purchased and has worked out well. Only issue we have had is the filter never said replace. It did say order so that must be the signal to replace. We did not know how long it was in house before we moved in so it was a curious test to see if it would say replace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago because my old one died. I chose this one because it is counter depth which helped provide extra space in my cramped kitchen, plus it had the features I was looking for such as outside ice and water dispenser and it doesn't show finger prints. The only thing I'm not happy with is the ice maker because it doesn't seem to dispense even amounts of ice. It's either not
enough or it will dump out way too much.

Classy Frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old one lasted 17 years and just died while we were on vacation. This one is much better looking than the old one and we hope that it lasts as long! So far, it does all the things I want it to do, keep my Vodka frozen and my wine cool.

Faulty Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this appliance with our brand new home in February. The ice maker does not consistently make ice. We have had to call maintenance on it 4 times now. If this appliance were used I could understand an issue. However, I don't expect this from a brand new product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no, NoeVin! I can certainly understand your concern. I was able to find one service invoice where the fill tube had to be defrosted. Please make sure the freezer temp is set between -2 and 5 degrees, preferably at 0. If the issue remains, please contact us directly for additional assistance. ~ Brandi

This refrigerator alternately sounds like a cow giving birth, and the ice self of Antarctica breaking off!! Terrible!
