Overall good Fridge, just a couple downfalls

Only two complaints I have. First is that it makes an odd noise, almost like a bird chirping at various times. The second is that I have a wall on the right side of the fridge, so it is a challenge to be able to open the produce drawers at the bottom of the fridge. Just keep that in mind, as long as you have an open space next to the fridge you won't have this issue.

In addition to noise

I wrote of the noise of the water draw and the ice making noise earlier; now a couple weeks later, I must comment on a serious design flaw. The ice despencer is too small for the size of the ice cubes! The despencer clogs up! What a pain in the neck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Uh oh, Me again! It sounds like the ice cubes may be clumping together. To resolve this, try shaking the ice bin occasionally. This will break them up and allow them to go through the chute more easily. If you need additional assistance, please contact us directly. ~ Brandi

I recommend checking and/or trying the following: 1-Has ice melted and frozen around the auger? 2-Are cubes frozen together or smaller than normal? 3-Unplug the refrigerator for 30 seconds to see if the unit will stop dispensing ice on its own.
