Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator/freezer in May and have been very happy with it. The ONLY issue we have had is that sometimes the ice will get stuck in the chute when you are trying to get cubed ice (vs. crushed), but that has only happened a couple of times, and it isn't that big of a deal. Overall, we are very happy and would definitely recommend this refrigerator/freezer.

Temperatures stay constant. Perfect size for our use. Honestly, we installed in a RV and it is a fantastic replacement for the horrible Norcold 1200 that was in there

Great Workhorse Fridge

Worst Refrigerator Ever!!!

Horrible drawer/shelf configurations, drawers are so cheaply made that the cheese drawer will hardly slide out with anything on the shelf above it. Constant trouble with the ice machine, when it does make ice, it will all clog in the down spout and you literally have to stick your hand up the spout and push the ice back up to get the cubes to separate, which then goes everywhere! The only thing good about this product, is the way it looks on the outside. Everything else is dysfunctional.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes! Jen77, your refrigerator shelves are easily adjusted to suit individual needs, page 18 in your Owner’s Manual has more information. I have some items for you to check in regards to the jamming dispenser. Has ice melted and frozen around the auger in your ice bin (the spiral metal bar in the bottom)? If so, please remove the ice container, thaw and empty the contents, clean and dry the container, and replace in proper position. When new ice is made the dispenser should operate normally.
